Bread stays fresh for up to one week when stored in a semi-air-tight container like a paper bag or wrapped in a tea towel. It can also be refrigerated, and for longer storage, frozen for up to 4 weeks. To restore that perfect crispy edge after a few days, simply warm it in the oven or pop it in the toaster.
