The Sophia Bouquet is a loving tribute to Sophia Ruggieri—a close friend of Avery, daughter of The Velvet Stem’s owner, Courtney. Sophia passed away from complications related to Type 1 Diabetes, and her memory lives on through this arrangement filled with grace, light, and heart.

Each bouquet features a soft, romantic color palette and seasonal blooms thoughtfully arranged to honor Sophia’s joyful spirit and compassionate nature. While flower varieties will vary, every Sophia Bouquet carries the same meaningful mission.

Proceeds help fund scholarships, provide financial assistance, and send kids to Camp Kudzu in Atlanta—a nonprofit summer camp designed specifically for those managing T1D.
