The Sophia Bouquet is a loving tribute to Sophia Ruggieri—a close friend of Avery, daughter of The Velvet Stem’s owner, Courtney. Sophia passed away from complications related to Type 1 Diabetes, and her memory lives on through this arrangement filled with grace, light, and heart.
 
Each bouquet features a soft, romantic color palette and seasonal blooms thoughtfully arranged to honor Sophia’s joyful spirit and compassionate nature. While flower varieties will vary, every Sophia Bouquet carries the same meaningful mission.
 
🌿 15% of every purchase is donated to The Sophia Ruggieri Memorial Foundation, which supports children, teens, and young adults living with Type 1 Diabetes. Proceeds help fund scholarships, provide financial assistance, and send kids to Camp Kudzu in Atlanta—a nonprofit summer camp designed specifically for those managing T1D.
